2. Booking & Confirmation

• Service booking can be made via phone call or through our website.

• Booking will be confirmed only after mutual agreement on service scope, date, time, and pricing.

• Customers must provide accurate information regarding property size and cleaning requirements.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Service charges are based on property size, condition, and scope of work.

• Final pricing will be communicated before service confirmation.

• Payments must be made as agreed (advance or full payment after service completion).

• Any additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide access to the property at the scheduled time.

• Ensure availability of electricity and water supply if required.

• Inform us in advance about fragile, valuable, or sensitive items.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damages.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be informed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.

• Last-minute cancellations may attract cancellation charges.

• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take utmost care during cleaning services, Veer Facility Services shall not be held liable for:

• Pre-existing damages

• Normal wear and tear

• Minor scratches or unavoidable issues during deep cleaning processes

Any concerns must be reported immediately after service completion.

7. Safety & Conduct

Our staff is trained and professional. Customers are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards service staff. Any misconduct may result in immediate service termination.
