Payment Policy

This Payment Policy outlines the terms related to payments for services provided by Veer Facility Services. By booking our services, you agree to the following payment terms.

1. Service Pricing

• Service charges are determined based on property size, type of service, condition of the area, and scope of work.

• A final quotation will be provided after discussion or site inspection.

• Prices may vary if the scope of work changes at the time of service.

2. Advance Payment

• For certain services, an advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.

• The advance amount will be communicated at the time of confirmation.

• Booking will be considered confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment (if applicable).

3. Payment Methods

We accept payments through:

• Cash

• Bank Transfer

• UPI

• Online Payment (if applicable)

Payment details will be shared at the time of booking confirmation.

4. Payment Timeline

• Full payment must be completed immediately after service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• For contract-based commercial services, payment terms will be as per the agreed invoice cycle.

5. Additional Charges

• Any additional work requested beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.

• Extra charges, if applicable, will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

6. Late Payments

• Delayed payments for commercial or contract services may attract late payment charges.

• Continued non-payment may result in suspension of future services.

7. Refund Policy

• Advance payments are non-refundable in case of last-minute cancellation (less than 24 hours before service).

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time after review.

• No refund will be provided once the service has been completed satisfactorily.

8. Disputes

In case of any billing dispute, customers are requested to notify us immediately after service completion so that the issue can be reviewed and resolved promptly.
